Some quotes may require a site visit to ascertain the scale of the work required, but we aim to quote on the merit of all jobs indivdually to ensure a fair and competitive price for all our clients.
Yes. Quotes are completely free of charge.
No. Deposits are generally not required for most jobs. If it was a large scale job, such as a full interior repaint, then we may request a deposit in these instances.
Yes. We can work some weekends or evenings if required. However, this may incur extras fees for working outside of the normal office hours.
This is usually not the case. For any job required we will happily supply the parts or materials for you. If you have certain items or materials you wish to provide, then we will also happily use what is presented so long as it is sufficient for the task at hand.
This is dependant on the job. If it is an external job, such as windows or guttering, then it is not needed for anyone to be present. However, we do prefer to have someone above the age of 18 present to ensure safety and satisfaction on both sides. Ours and our clients.
We take payment on completion of the job. We accept cash and digital payments, including all major credit or debit cards and bank transfers.
Yes. Templar Home Services is fully covered with Public Liability Insurance. A copy of this can be provided upon request.
